With the ending of 2011 and the beginning of a new year on the horizon, I find myself working on a major new project which will be unveiled in the months to come. It’s kind of a combination of this site, my www.homeschoolinflorida.com site and a whole new surprise!

I will continue to post deals if I see one that I think we all can’t pass up, and I promise, if I have time I will post some more unit studies.

Until then I ask for your prayers and well-wishes as we embarq on this new venture. I hope that it will be a good (and useful) surprise that you can take part in when it is finished!

Even though we don’t eat at McDonald’s (well, sometimes I do – shhh, don’t tell!) and my girls have never been there, I will still be purchasing this deal so that I can keep the gift certificates in my vehicle in order to bless someone.

I often keep care packages under my passenger seat to give away to the homeless and I’m going to be adding these McDonald’s certificates to those packages. They have no expiration date either!

These would also make great stocking stuffers!

Wow! If you eat out a lot this is SUCH a great idea and a great deal! For $9 you can get a Kids Eat Free Card good for 90 days to a HUGE selection of restaurants in the Orlando and greater Orlando vicinity. This is not limited to Orlando though, you can buy for South FL and NYC too.

You can also choose a lifetime card for only $69. I bet that would pay for itself in about 7 visits. Kinda makes me wish we could eat out more often.
